Overview
BRCGS Environmental Monitoring Training is designed to provide the knowledge and practical skills required to establish and implement an effective environmental monitoring programme for identifying, assessing and controlling microbiological risks that may arise in production and exposed product areas.
The language of the training is Turkish. The training is delivered online. The training provider is BRCGS.
About the Training
The training covers the key components of an environmental monitoring programme, risk assessment, identification of sampling points, selection of target microorganisms, sampling and testing methods, sampling frequencies, control limits, evaluation of results, corrective actions, and the programme's validation and verification processes.
Who Should Attend?
- Quality and food safety managers
- Technical managers and technical personnel
- Microbiology and laboratory personnel
- HACCP team members
- Production and hygiene personnel
- Internal auditors
- BRCGS auditors and consultants
- Personnel involved in implementing the environmental monitoring programme
Objectives and Outcomes
The aim is to enable participants to assess potential microbiological risks in the production environment, establish a risk-based and effective environmental monitoring programme, interpret the results correctly and plan appropriate actions in response to non-conforming results.
By the End of the Training
Participants will be able to:
- Explain the purpose and key components of an environmental monitoring programme.
- Assess microbiological environmental risks.
- Identify appropriate sampling points.
- Select target microorganisms.
- Evaluate appropriate sampling and testing methods.
- Determine risk-based sampling frequencies.
- Establish alert and action limits.
- Evaluate environmental monitoring results and perform trend analysis.
- Identify corrective actions for non-conforming results.
- Plan the validation and verification of the environmental monitoring programme.
